New Meeting Idea?

Activities (Slightly Pending)
2--2:30 is arrival time
2:45--3:30 is Introduction and gathering ect.
3:45 we head out to SunCoast and Gather (for later arrivals 4:00 meet at SunCoast )
4:30 Start mini-cosplay con-*test*-('")

It's still pending so if any of you all have ideas, feel free to post them xD

Hm... We should print out some sort of certificates for the cosplay con-*test*-('") winners, maybe also some for the participants though we'd have to guesstimate how many of those.

yeah, that sounds nice, a certificate for the winners, and a little something for the participants....

about how many went to this previous SunCoast event? We can probally get a good idea from there.

I didn't count them exactly but I'd say we were about 25 in the con-*test*-('").

25? That's a really good amount, so do you think we should prepare for only 25? or 35?

A few more wouldn't hurt just in case, better have extras than lack some~ I can design and print out the certificates if you want, just need to know the info that should be on them.

Well we'll need 1st, 2nd, 3rd place, and how about an Honorable Mention, and Crowd Favorite? Just so we have more winners in something?

the date should be on the certificate.....hmm....I believe that would be all, other than a group name,(as in congrats from Blahblah) but I dunno what that'll be at all.... O.o

Ah, yes, the group name part's what I've been wondering about. We'll also need to define who's gonna judge the con-*test*-('"); since I won't be participating this time I offer my help with that as well if needed.

But a group name... XD Guess we should wait around for Maki, she's the one who's done the most in organizing this event, after all.

I've seen your cosplay, so I think you'll be a fine judge, that and you are generously doing the certificates for the cosplay so you should be a judge!

I'd be honored to be a judge~ But there'd still be need for at least two more judges to make things fair, perhaps you and Maki if you're both up for it? And then we still need a group name or something...
