Because of certain situations, I have decided to move the deadline for applying ALLLLLLLLLL the way back to August 24. However, this will be the FINAL deadline. The payment deadline will also be pushed back to September 5th. This is a run down of the new deadlines.
August 24, 2007 - Last day to send in application.
September 5, 2007 - Payment due. Last day for full refund.
September 12, 2007 - Last day to drop for 75% refund. Late payment increase to $55.
September 19, 2007 - Last day to drop for 50% refund. Late payment increase to $60.
September 26, 2007 - Last day to drop for 25% refund. Late payment increase to $65. Last day for payment from replacement artists/groups (there will be no payment increases for replacement groups). Payment can be brought with you to the convention, but you MUST contact me by this day.
October 4, 2007 - Sign in and setup.
October 5-7, 2007 - SHIMAKON!!
As always, all mailings must be postmarked by these dates. And to make things easier, you can now email your applications in (as well as any questions or comments) to lm.gomez@yahoo.com. Please include photos or scans of your work with your application. Also, please send the files as attachments. If you find it easier, you can write your application in the email instead of as an attachment, just remember to include ALL the information asked for on the application.
